Organic alfalfa is an easy five day sprout with a crisp fresh flavor. Organic alfalfa seeds are high in vitamins, B6, C, riboflavin, folate, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, zinc, protein, calcium and iron. They are rich with antioxidants and phytoestrogens.
We recommend soaking the seed for 4-6 hours prior to sprouting. One tablespoon of dry seed yields 3-4 cups of sprouts.
