Our USDA Certified Organic raw Brazil have
unique creamy flavor and smooth texture. They have a similar taste and feel to
the macadamia nut. Brazil nuts are considered a complete protein, containing all nine
essential amino acids. This makes them great for a vegetarian diet. Brazil nuts
are also a great source of other nutrients like selenium, containing more than
any other nut. Selenium is important in thyroid health, protect the immune system
and may reduce joint inflammation. Brazil nuts are also a great source of
magnesium which is helpful for cardiovascular health.
Baking Tip: Try adding chopped brazil nuts in
cookies in place of macadamia nuts.
