How to Cook:
1. Rinse with fresh wate
2. Cook on stove with 1 cup of lentils to 3 cups of water.3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender. Generally 20 minutes. (6-8 minutes for split red lentils)NOTE:Season with salt after cooking --- if added before the lentils could become tough.
