Organic paprika is a ground spice made from dried red fruits of the larger and sweeter varieties of the plant Capsicum annuum, called bell pepper or sweet pepper. Because of the large amounts of antioxidants present in this spice, such as vitamin A, lutein and zeaxanthin, it's clear that paprika benefits you by helping prevent diseases that damage your eyes.
