The light brown organic sesame seeds
still have the nutrition of the hull and will sprout. Sesame seed sprouts are
high in vitamins B, C and E. They’re also rich in Calcium, Iron, Magnesium,
Pantothenic Acid and Phosphorus Amino Acids.
Our organic sesame seeds are best
sprouted over 2-3 days after a 4-6 hour soak. One tablespoon of seeds yield around
½ cup of sprouts.
