Cocoa-Cherry-Banana-Walnut BROL Breakfast Bowl
1/2 - 3/4 cup cooked BROL (Barley, Rye Berries, Hulless Oats and Black Lentils)*
1/2 cup frozen cherries - defrosted
1/2 - 1 banana, chopped
1-2 teaspoons cocoa or cocoa powder
1 Medjool date, pitted and chopped
Mix all ingredients together on a small bowl.
*Create the BROL mix in a storage container by taking equal amounts from each of the bags of grains and the same amount of rinsed, dry black lentils. For every one cup of BROL mix, you will cook it with 2 vcups of water in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes with NATURAL RELEASE.
Store the cooked BROL in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
